Return Policy

We at Beguile Hub believe that you shouldn't face any hassles while returning a product.

If you receive a damaged product or different product than you have ordered; you may return that product within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can call or mail us within 24 hours of receiving the package informing us that you wish to return/exchange the product.

The products with colour variation are not eligible for return.

However, the returned/exchanged items should be in an unused condition with all original tags and product packaging intact.

​For all return/exchange items, you need to send the product back to Beguile Hub within 48 hours of receiving the product.

You will have to securely pack the products you wish to return and send the package to the same address as on the invoice of the shipment that you received.

We will also refund the amount to you within 7 working days from the date of receipt of damaged product by us. Although we try and ensure a timely refund, we request you to bear with us in case of delays with third party dealings.

​In case the selected product is not available, the amount paid by the customer will be credited into the same account from which the payment was made.
